This Privacy Policy explains how CML Analytics S.A.S. (“CML Analytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company organized in Colombia and the operator of capitalXM, collects and processes personal data through capitalxm.io and related communications.

2. Information we collect
We may collect the information you submit through the demo form, including your name, work email, company, organization type, job title, message, consent record, and submission time. If analytics is accepted, we may also receive device, browser, referral, approximate location, page-view, and interaction information from Google Analytics. We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal data through this website.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, assess potential business relationships, operate and secure the website, improve content and usability, comply with applicable law, and establish or defend legal claims. Demo-form information is processed with your authorization and for steps taken at your request. Optional analytics operates only after consent.

We will process consultations and claims within the periods and procedures established by applicable Colombian law.
